REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For most regions, we accept returns up to 7 days after receipt ( customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it), if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@lovelyreborn.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Backorders

If your order cannot be immediately fulfilled in its entirety, we will ship the items we have in stock and the remaining items will be cancelled from your order. You may reorder once they become available again.

Package Lost

All items purchased from https://lovelyreborn.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

About Taxes and Duties

All prices shown are exclusive of taxes. Any import taxes, duties or other related charges that may be incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
International orders may be subject to additional import taxes, duties, and handling fees. You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country.
These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are payable directly by the customer. We are unable to estimate the specific amount of these charges as they vary by country and depend on a variety of factors.
We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. Lovelyreborn can not give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.

Force majeure provisions

Force majeure encompasses, but is not limited to, exceptional social events (such as strikes, riots, wars, terrorist activities, public health incidents, pandemics, epidemics, and plagues), natural disasters (including snowstorms, hailstorms, fires, floods, landslides, earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, and power outages), governmental actions (such as expropriations, requisitions, restrictions, regulations, and measures), unexpected traffic accidents, changes in regulations and policies, actions or decisions of judicial authorities, delayed customs inspections, flight delays, and other unforeseeable, unavoidable, and uncontrollable circumstances or events. Under no circumstances will our company be held liable for any damages, destruction, losses, demurrage or non-fulfillment of obligations of any kind resulting from force majeure events.
