Return Policy
In accordance with EU regulations, customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. For all other regions, our standard return policy lasts 7 days from the date of receipt. Please note that the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please contact us at support@lovelyreborn.com before initiating any returns. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed with the return.To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and with all original accessories and tags. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note the following important points:
a) Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
b) Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
1. Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
2. Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
3. Health and personal/pet care goods (such as beauty products)
4. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
In some cases, only a partial refund may be given:
a) Items that show obvious signs of use;
b) Items that are in any non-original condition, damaged, or have parts missing that are not caused by us;3. Any item returned more than 7 days after receipt.
Refund Policy
If the outer package of the product you received is damaged, resulting in your purchase not working properly, please contact us in time. We will contact the shipping company and refund or resend according to your request.
If the product packaging is not obviously damaged but the product has serious quality issues that lead to a return, we will cover the return shipping costs.If you are not satisfied with the product but there is no defect, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.
If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lovelyreborn.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged items.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an exchange request email to support@lovelyreborn.com.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the exchange address.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation
1.Cancellation Before Dispatch:
Cancellation within 12 hours: Free of charge, full refund.
Cancellation after 12 hours: A cancellation fee of 5% of the item price may be charged. The remaining amount and any shipping costs paid will be refunded.
Note: Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch:
Unfortunately, due to international logistics constraints, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

Gifts
If the item you purchased was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you by the merchant, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
We will mail you a gift certificate once the returned item is received.If the item you purchased was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their own address and then sent it to you, we will refund the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for non-merchant return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The arrival time of the exchanged product may vary depending on your residential address.
If you are shipping an item valued over £57, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return item.
