1. Where does Lovelyreborn ship?
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, Sweden.
2. How much do you charge for shipping?
This website supports delivery to the following countries: Australia, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Sweden. All of the above countries offer free shipping for orders over £150. Shipping costs vary by country; please check the Shipping Policy for details.
If you need your products urgently, please email support@lovelyreborn.com to discuss express international shipping. You will be responsible for all customs-associated charges within your country.
3. Can I cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours. Please get in touch with us at support@lovelyreborn.com
4. Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address before the item is shipped by Contacting us, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be changed.
5. How long will it take my order to arrive?
We typically ship your order within 3 days after your purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more information.
6. How can I track my order after it has been shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status of your order on the carrier’s website.
Alternatively, you can track your order by clicking "Order Tracking " in our menu or by sending us an inquiry via email at support@lovelyreborn.com. Simply enter the order number you received when you completed checkout (check your order confirmation email) and the email address you used to place your order.
NOTE: All packages you ordered may not be delivered at the same time.
7. What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service (support@lovelyreborn.com) immediately. We will assist you with a replacement or refund and provide instructions on how to handle the return.
8. Do you charge sales tax?
All prices shown are exclusive of taxes. Any import taxes, duties or other related charges that may be incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are payable directly by the customer. We are unable to estimate the specific amount of these charges as they vary by country and depend on a variety of factors.
We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. Lovelyreborn can not give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.
9. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
If you are not satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase( Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it), provided the products are unused and undamaged. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. You assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. If you would like a refund or exchange, please email us at support@lovelyreborn.com.
10. What payment methods can I use?
You can place an order on our web site and pay with a major credit card*, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and PayPal.

11. What if a product is out of stock?
We will inform you when you attempt to purchase a product if it is out of stock. If we run out of stock of your product after your purchase, you will have the option of waiting until the product arrives or an exchange/refund.

13. What if my package is lost or stolen?
If the package shows as delivered to your address but is missing, you must report the loss to us within 4 weeks of placing your order.
Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.
If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
NOTE: We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. In this case, they will never arrive to the destination, because the carrier cannot identify the address.

16. Does reborn doll have movable parts?
The arms and legs of Vinyl and Cloth Body Dolls can be removed and moved up and down. The arms and legs of Silicone Body Dolls also can moved up and down. They are not able to blink, eat, drink, or pee.
Actually, most traditional reborn dolls do not have any mechanical or moving parts. However, there are some that have unique built-in features that allow them to make noises and even cry. As you can expect, these dolls typically cost a bit more than traditional dolls without any extra moving parts.
17. Can the baby take a bath?
We have 3 types of reborn dolls, one with vinyl body, one with silicone body, and one with cloth body. Only vinyl and silicone babies with a complete silicone and vinyl body can be immersed in water. The cloth Body reborn dolls are recommended for using a slightly damp towel. Gently wipe and avoid wetting the filling to prevent mold and mildew.
18. Why does my doll not look like the picture?
The dolls pictured on our website are made directly from the artist's sculpt. Some changes may occur between this version and the manufactured version. We strive for the highest quality and standards for each and every doll we produce.
If for any reason you are not happy with your doll, please email support@lovelyreborn.com so that we can resolve the issue.
19. Why is my doll turning black/blue?
Your doll is made from a luxurious vinyl. Unfortunately, certain dyed fabrics can transfer color to your doll's skin. Make sure that any clothing that did not come with the doll is pre-washed to avoid transferring dyes to your doll's skin. You may also want to avoid dark-toned clothing on the, specially light skin tones to prevent this problem.
20. Are the reborn doll I received already installed or still need to install it myself?
Most of our dolls are sent to you fully assembled. Only the reborn doll kits need to be assembled by yourself.
